Raytheon eyeing niche acquisitions to fill gaps NEW YORK \| Thu Dec 2, 2010 12:24pm EST NEW YORK Dec 2 (Reuters) - Raytheon Co (RTN.N) is continuing to look for smaller niche-type acquisitions to fill gaps and add value, but does not expect any transformational acquisitions, the company's chief financial officer said on Thursday. Major portfolio reshaping efforts were "largely in the rear-view mirror," Chief Financial Officer Dave Wajsgras told an investor conference hosted by Credit Suisse and Aviation Week.
