Just go there and throw a cream pie at that standoffish IR PR Mr. Mullan. Give him a piece of your mind. At least he will have a piece to brag about. And trust me, he will. They are really wrapping that puppy up there in nacht und nebel. It is as iff they just don't care. If gold members were wrapped 1/2 as well it would solve the social d problem in most venues.
