John in your opinion whether based on legal facts or not YOU SAY THEY DON'T HAVE A CASE AGAINST YOU. That does not mean the case has been dismissed now does it????? The question remains and playing semantics won't work, HAS THE MEDINAH CASE AGAINST YOU BEEN DISMISSED BY THE NEVADA JUDGE?
