ERICY, as you probably know, is the biggest cellular phone and service provider overseas. It does a lot of business with Asian telcos, but that business is currently in the toilet. I, personally, don't see a coupling with LU. One doesn't give the other anything the other doesn't already have. ERICY already has a big market here and is the dominant player in the rest of the world. What does it need LU for? But, ERICY is a huge player and anything it does has ripples.
