"Our country is at war and our government has the obligation to protect the American people," Bush said. This falls right into that earlier article someone posted as the opposition should label things as Bush's war. The US doesn't need to be at war at the moment, and calling George Bush's "War on terror" a situation where the US is at war is just stupid rhetoric.
