I'll start a few shares of CREE at current price.

I like the profit margins it has got in past.

Company has been profitable 9 of past 10 years. (Unlike many other tech companies.) Company has lots of cash ($3/sh, very little debt, per Yahoo).

I'll bet on a turnaround in the company's fortunes. I suspect the stock may go lower before it goes higher (if it does go higher), so a few shares only for me now; more if I see lower stock price with no adverse news.
