That is pure malarkey.......... Among others, Yon frequently posted about olive branches being extended to tribal leaders by our military. About pamphlets being distributed by plane and troops. Our military leaders and the Bush administration certainly did consider and anticipate that a people's uprising could take place. This is just another attempt to discredit our military. something that we hadn't anticipated happening.
