Institutional Ownership has been moving UP . . now above 30% . . Not bad for a small cap company. This stock and the Industry ( Finance ) have been very strong. * I would not be surprised to see PACC hit still yet another new high by the end of this week and then a move above $20 within 2 weeks. DC
