Well now, we all have twice the amount of GNET shares that we had yesterday. This will be a lesson in why the experts are wrong when they say a split does nothing for a stock.
GNET was up a buck in really early pre-market trading. So if you had a thousand shares yesterday, you would be up a thousand but, since it has split you are up two thousand. And this fact does add something to a stock, money.
I guess experts say a split adds nothing to a stock because they think it can go down and then you would lose money. And that's where they go wrong, they think wrong and they own stocks that often go down, not well picked internets, not 909ers.
I'm ready to rock at TECHSTOCK 99. Maybe I'll figure out the lyrics to "Jimmy Mac" while I'm here. Why anyone would write a song about a guy's hairy back I'll never know. BLUE
