NETP a dog? I don't think so. Come back in a month or so. Check out the track record of their underwriter this year. They consistently bring the best technology companies to market. BancBoston Robertson Stephens has had some great IPO's. EPAY, CPTH, FLAS, MMPT, MPTH, MLTX, VUSA. The best performing IPO's are the ones that lull for a month and then the steam starts to build. Look at the charts of EPAY and VERT. GG
