Boy is this tired old news from 1992.

Kahn has left Borland, Wang has left Symantec. A part of
the reason for this case was no doubt the animosity felt
between Kahn and Eubanks when Wang jumped ship to rival
Symantec. With the personalities involved long since
departed, I doubt Borland has much interest in pursuing
this case.
