Rich; not really a question. just an observation of stated current cash levels... and trying to ascertain what the combined cash balance and equity will be. i suspect there will be a few questions to that point on the call. if we take your calculation and apply it to the comments from this morning we might be led to assume that the combined entity is trading at or slightly below cash levels -- depending on whether the press release comments related to cash net of debt -- which I don't believe to be the case. ++
