How big is the potential market? Why do you think the new fab is a mistake? I'm very interested in your answers. Unfortunately, I know next to nothing about the technical details of chip technology (a subject with which I gather you are well-acquainted) so try to keep it simple.

I also own some Zoran, another small chip company that reported explosive earnings growth this afternoon. Know anything about them?
