Date confusion In the 1997 annual report when LVLT was still Kiewit Class D stock if I remember correcting there were some milestone dates mentioned and I quote Initial construction of the network in the largest 15 cities is expected to be completed in the first and second quarter of 1999, with phased completion of the remaining US infrastructure occurring by 2001. Hope this helps clear up some confusion.
