Apparently the full fotce of the storm will not make it as far south as Vancouver, but even so there are many power outages and ferry cancellations plus flood warnings. Most of the coast is forecast to receive up to 150mm of rain and 100 kph winds.

This is actually a pretty normal fall storm for the area other than being a month early.
