Actually wrote the research reports for a company that I used to follow. Through my discussions with him, I have found his lack of financial knowledge to be scary. It is an eye opener as to the quality of information coming out of such services. In addition, with all these services such as S&P vying for your subscription and pumping out product by the deadline, I can't tell you how many times I have found such secondary sources to be wrong. May I suggest that when you use a strongly worded diatribe against the financials of a company (or when you do serious research, in general), that you use the primary sources filed with the SEC to support your argument. S&P is wrong about the cash flow of CUBE, assuming they are stating that it is negative. It is quite positive.
