GM spending six billion this year on health care is a bigger problem. GM union employees only pay 7% of their healthcare costs while the national average is 34%.

Throw the unions out. If they won't leave. Close the doors and turn out the lights.

With your limited thinking ability of course you would say that. None of the spending on healthcare would be a problem were it not for the fact people don't like GM's products and the only way GM can keep up its selling numbers is to offer huge discounts on their product.

There is no company more paternalistic than Toyota. I bet their expense per employee is much greater than GM's. Yet, they are not having any financial problems; in fact, they are dominating the industry. And that's because their products are good and appeal to the average consumer. If you had a brain, you would begin to question why does Toyota have the Prius just as oil prices start to go up and GM has nada.

Besides, when did a lack of money impede creativity? The impediment is corporate GM who couldn't come up with some imagination or creativity if their lives depended on it. And I bet that 99.9% of those corporate managers vote GOP.

But you go ahead and blame the unions........you are so desperate to prove that socialistic benefits are the blame for all of society's ills that you refuse to see the facts. And that's why you are on ignore.
