Frank: Look at the bright side - INTC market share increased and GM's improved all new products on track and all this in the midst of a price war. Guidance for second half was very bullish. Notwithstanding the foregoing it is the cpu unit sales that are important and that total must include all vendors. I think that this should have very little bearing on what MSFT will report (they have already said they are very comfortable with est.) and I would suspect that if either stock were down it would represent a great buying opportunity. By the way INTC ranging from 63-67 in after hours. Wouldn't be surprised if INTC is up tomorrow. JFD
