RE: a format for AXC meeting Q&A. I also participate in the INCE board, where we started something rather unique. Each month a member of the contact team pulls off questions from the thread and then e-mails the batch to INCE (addressed to a disignated contact). To separate questions for this specific purpose from general musings, we put something like QUESTIONS FOR THE INCE CONTACT TEAM as the first line of the post. After the answers are received back, they are posted with a similaridentifier ANSWERS FROM INCE VIA THE CONTACT TEAM. I did it last month - was not a lot of work since I'm used to Windows 95 cut&paste - all I did was group similar questions and omit portions only when they clearly duplicated another question. Worked pretty well. FYI Scott
