ld - QQQ 99 calls Sep @ 3.125

Best person to ask is ArchAngel on the RB.

QQQ calls 99 plus paid premium(3.125) plus target profit 100% ? (-3.125) total 105.25 *40 = Naz-100 target of 4210 at expiration.
Break-even= 99 + 3.125 = 102.125 or Naz-100 = 4085.

Current bid is 2 15/16, congrats you've just lost 6%.

Sep 94 call was asked 6 1/2, break-even = 100 1/2 or Naz-100 =4020.
Target 100% ROI = 107 or Naz-100 @ 4280

If the Naz was to rally from 4020 to 4085, you would earn 65/40= $1 5/8 with the 94 call = 25%. Many options traders already are happy with such a ROI. Meanwhile, with Naz at 4085, you only would be even with your Sep 99 calls.

For a same Dollar amount invested, you ould buy twice as much 99 calls than 94 calls,

So above 4085, the 99 calls would make $1 each 20 Naz points, the 94 calls $1 each 40 Naz pts. The 99 calls options is winning above a Naz at 4120.

I would have traded the Sep 94.

There is a good option on RB, please ? LOL.
