CR and all: I didn't find anything concerning the lawsuits but there was a press release issued on Thursday correcting their previous press release about Wirekraft. Apparently Wirekraft is not part of the GE group. This wouldn't really explain why the share price would drop below the level it was at before the first press release however. It's still good news. It may even be better news however I can't comment on that as I'm not familiar with Wirekraft. I had trouble pasting the release but you can get to it by clicking on "Carlson-On-Line Profile" at the top of the first post on this thread. The price dip seems to me like an unfounded overreaction to the press release correction or just a few small holders jumping ship. The bid ask is already back up to 15 - 18 today. I wouldn't be surprised if the price steadily continued to climb as the general good news sinks in. Hope so anyway. Good luck to all. Jon
