The well reached total depth without intersecting significant amounts of hydrocarbons. It's believed that we were faulted off of the anticipated reservoirs. The well has been plugged back to 1500 feet, below the surface casing, and remains suspended. Studies are underway analyzing new data to determine if the zones can be reached from the existing wellbore by drilling across the fault. The partial re-drill program may cost only $100,000, but is subject to agreement of the partners and some additional financing. In short, it won't happen next week, but the well hasn't been abandoned so there is still some room for hope.
