ConSyGen Terminates Exclusive Arrangement with Strategia Corp. for
Bull Conversion Services

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 22, 1997--ConSyGen, Inc. (OTCBB: CSGI) announced today that it has terminated its exclusive arrangement with Strategia Corp. with respect to year 2000 services for Bull systems so it can market its year 2000 conversion capabilities to the broadest possible customer base.

Ron Bishop, President and CEO of ConSyGen stated that termination of the exclusive arrangement with Strategia should significantly expand ConSyGen's market opportunity with respect to year 2000 conversion services for Bull systems. We look forward to continuing to work with
Strategia on a non-exclusive basis in providing year 2000 conversion services for Bull and other systems. It is in ConSyGen's best interest to be able to market its year 2000 services to the broadest possible customer base.
