*** Past feature, Telesis (TSL on ASE), is nearly complete the takeover
process that it has been engaged in for a number of months. Telesis
shareholders should soon be the owner of Merendon Mining, a private mining
and processing company with the only gold processing facility in Central
America and significant mining claims in Honduras. We still await an
offical announcement form the ASE on reinstatement of trading, which could
come Monday. Investors and other interested parties can request a fax from
the company's automated fax service. Expect the latest fax to be available
on Monday. The Fax on Demand service can be accessed at (403)263-8150.
