This company may not qualify for this thread much longer as the mine development plan is now underway. Formation Capital trading on the TSE. It has proved up a billion dollar cobalt mine, which was confirmed in the first part of the mine development plan. The plan is to be released as it is completed, and is now working on mineablity and cost of development. The area has long been a mining area and environmental permitting should not be a problem. I was involved in this play in past years with warrant issues and did well and have entered again. I have observed this directors of this company and have concluded that they have one desire - to develop a mine.
