Agree with you totally, J.P. I have a large AOL position, and was happy to see the buyout. MSFT was one of my firsts main buys, and I made about 250% before I got out. Got back in last week at about 110, so I am happy today. If the judge rules against MSFT, we will see a sharp price break, and then it will come back. I think any decision against MSFT will be reversed on appeal.
