HONG KONG, Jan 7 (Reuters) - I-Cable Communications Ltd (NasdaqNM:ICAB - news) said on Friday it would announce a technical partnership with Terayon Communications Systems (NasdaqNM:TERN - news) for the launch of a cable modem service, a type of broadband network, on January 11. I-Cable deputy chairman and chief executive officer Stephen Ng and Terayon co-founder and chief executive officer Zaki Rakib would make the announcement at 3 p.m. (0700 GMT) on Tuesday, the territory's only pay television operator said.
