> Who Is the Next After the TXN/BBRC Take Over?

Well, the TXN/BBRC deal values the 1522 BBRC employees
at roughly $5M per head ($7.6B/1522=~$5M). If we put
a similar price on Netergy's 146 employees, we get a
price of $730M (146 * $5M = $730M) which works out to
around $32 per share ($730M / 22.6M shares = $32.30).

Note that the per-employee valuation method isn't always
an exact comparison because of a particular company's
products and the stage of their development but it is
a good general purpose tool. From what we already know
about Netergy and its products, this simply adds more
background as to how *undervalued* its stock is
currently.
