Coast Guard records on Golar ships.
Since 9-11 every time an LNG ship enters U.S. waters it is boarded and/or inspected.
Everytime the Coast Guard boards a ship it makes a record of it the the publicly accessable
Port State Information Exchange ( POSIX ) database
Therefore it is possible to track the arrival of LNG ships in U.S. ports from the POSIX records.
