Anthony, there is a big difference in the equipment made by TNCR and CMOS. They are not competitors and not in the same segment of the industry.

TNCR makes Inspection equipment - not ATE or Test equipment. This inspection equipment is used in the wafer fab area to measure the various properties of the silicon wafers as they are being processed.

CMOS makes ATE - Automatic Test Equipment. This is used to test each IC (either on the wafer or in final packaged form) to ensure it functions correctly and is ready to be sold into a final application.
