Is it just me or are the side effects seen in this a trial a little worrisome? I gather the drug exposure in this trial is on the high side. I don't follow the company closely, but I gather the upcoming P2 will mostly be at this dose (whatever it is) and lower. Have no idea if the therapeutic window is wide enough to go to lower doses and still get the efficacy they want. Any animal data out there on this issue?

I see the P2, which apparently had a placeholder at clincialtrials.gov some four months ago (per your link), is still not recruiting. Still shows as being completed in April; but also shows study start date in October. This MAY be realistic, since I gather it is a short one. But seems like they might be a little behind schedule here? Or clinicaltrials.gov is not current wrt this trial?
