Interesting post--thought I'd add some comments

I think partly we have to assume Dec sales are out of line with other months. Not because of a fluke but I think there will be some seasonality to sales. More people go shopping at Walmart during December for XMAS, so more people eat chicken nuggets and jalapeno poppers.

We cannot expect the same rate of growth for Jan and Feb. Salubre is trying to install 200 and 300, respectively, fryers in these months. This rate is commensurate with the Walmart installation but on a bigger base so revenues should not grow as fast. For Mar-Dec, Salubre will attempt to install 500-1000/month, so revenue rate should begin to accelerate again.

One big question is can we expect Salubre installed fryers to do commensurate business with Walmart ones? I don't know, Salubre has wide varying distribution from Hospitals to Airports. My GUESS is that the average Salubre fryer will do somewhat less than the average Walmart one.
