I have heard Wright is lazy. I have not been able to make any sense of the NBA salary structure in recent years, so I really have no idea. It seems like guys who are not All-Stars routinely get a huge chunk of the supposed salary cap. I understand that Portland has doubled the cap for this year. Tom
