"exporting into fortress japan"

"fortress" by whose definition? the usa is as much of a fortress as any other developed country.

not as difficult as it seems, providing you have a product that is desirable, and it meets applicable standards. have traded with japan since the late 70's. success in any business venture is understanding your trading partners needs and requirements.

"theft of property"....can't steal that which is not offered or laid out to be taken.

bloatation? perhaps, but understanding of international market potential is important to establish a corporations ability to enter and grow new markets.

the "perception" or "misperception" skews stock prices....as in the case of qcom
