MicroTurbine May 19 (Reuters) - General Motors Corp. (GM - news) said Tuesday it entered into a strategic alliance with Williams International to jointly develop, market and manufacture microturbine generators for the energy markets. The two companies had worked together to create a similar generator for a hybrid electric-powered vehicle which was demonstrated earlier this year, and they will now apply the technology to commercial and industrial uses.
