Gordon & All VCall is GREAT! I believe you can tell a lot about people by how they handle themselves. I liked what I heard. Couple of questions: (1) What is TSSWs tax loss carry forward? (2) What profit did Unicore make last year? (3) How are Unicore and Phenix related? I read something in the SEC statement which said that Pierre bought Unicore from Phenix or something - confused. All: please let us all know when Q1 earnings are available. Calvin made reference to filling it late but shortly. I'm looking forward to seeing a combined company balance sheet and earnings statement. Take care...BGL
