Hank, Appreciate the effort you made to try and find out something for the thread. I don't have great hopes, even if you talk to the attorney that he will tell you anything. You did determine that there is definitely a case. By whom and about what? I don't know if I'm optimistic but the product has under gone a lot of scrutiny and still seems to be valid. I still think there can be a future for this company, however not with the present leadership. Unfortunately I don't have a choice but to stay long, some of my shares are at 3.87; at .50 there isn't that much downside risk for me to worry about. Harold
