BGL, (1) TSSW has a 11.750 M in accumulated deficit which could be used to offset gains in future qtrs. (2) Unicore Revenue & Earnings: 98 Revenue $3,264,000 UP 35% from a year ago 98 Net Income of $417,000 Up 111% from a year ago ** I am expecting revenue to exceed $4 million for Unicore alone without taking into TSSW recent bundle deals (3) Unicore was a wholly owned subsidiary of Phoenix Technologies LTD/Award Software Other Information that would be helpful to know: 1) What was the total revenues generated from Diamond Modem sales? 2) What percentage of the revenue would TSSW receive from its bundle agreement? ( Diamond number 2 in retail modem sales ) 3) How much revenue will be generated from TSSW's license agreement with COMPAQ? DC
