to retrieve a PM go into folders..then select trash..If you've had too many since then you won't see it. There may be a way to find it but I don't know

check that Levinson link I posted. It has all his stuff

as for the MSN..your DSL probably wants to use something else. Try the computer learning thread. Very helpful, smart and friendly folks over there. Mention BOB DYLAN and you get to move to the head of the line<g>
