Thanks Jim for your help. Wasn't exactly clear on the ME/ICVI connection. Good time to get more ICVI to bring down my average price....but gawd, hate to go through my other broker (whammo on the commissions). My online broker will not deal in penny stocks. I appreciate your help and clarification. Helene
