I recall reading a UCLA forecast in the last few days that
indicated that we were correcting our mal-investment problem but that the issue of foreigners investing less in US equities needed to be "balanced" and that could precipitate a new downturn...there was also one other macro factor that i do not recall. Net is that they did not discount a double dip or very slow growth.
