For heaven's sake Gene, INPR is many things but a scam ain't one of 'em. As for Del, forget about it. He would have been fired had he not run and hid under the bed like a child. That's his problem and he's the one who has to deal with it now. The problems left behind are now the current management's problems. I think Inland or Dorprize or whatever the heck it's called now, can survive through a buyout/merger but not alone.

I hate to say it but David is prexactly correct on this point.
