Re: 92 nations sign cluster-bomb ban; US, Russia don't Yeah... I noticed that AFGHANISTAN signed the no-cluster bomb treaty, possibly in an effort to 'shame' (as they put it) the US into not dropping cluster-bombs on their land.... Bit of a 'slap in the face' from an ally... wouldn't you say?
