Hi Lab & ak - not sure, it is interesting that someone brought up CENL. I ve a few of those kind of investments. Usually, criminal charges were brought to bear fairly quickly. So, I don't know if they [everyone involved] can keep things behind the scene unless law enforcement is running a greater sting operation. I mean, if KPMG uncovers any criminal inpropriety, my guess is that it has no choice but to blow the whistle; otherwise, it may become liable to be an accessory after the fact. I m no legal eagle though, so it is just a guess how white collar crime works.
