Hank, Nothing makes sense, but it will. Have to wait for it all to play out. Bankruptcy doesn't seem realistic. You need more liabilities than assets and no way to pay them. Don't know for sure but think it would have to be filed in NY state. Keep up the detective work. Have things I still am curious about and plan to do more searching. Let you know if I find out anything. Harold
