insw/quot - neither one of them is attractive to me for several reasons what most web-based etailers/sellers forget is that if they are selling something that the process is everything, that every click on the site has to mean something and add value to the customer experience neither one of these two gets it right insw=weak user interface and flow, marketing looking site nothing intuitive there quot=looks like a throwback to customer service interfaces circa 1995 this category is up for grabs i believe from an as-yet-unnamed upstart
