All of us long term holders called and sceamed blood murder at the time.

The truth is Madera was broke and had no choice. The Morris Family had exchanged their Forest and Enviromental Co shares for Madera shares. When Madera's previous leadership failed, Ramiro took over a cash poor company.

There have been relativly few shares issued in 1998. They announced a share buy back in September 1998.
