Hi Wayne,

You would think it would help U.S. citizens and generate more investments in Canada if some agreement could be reached to eliminate this surcharge. A lot of investors are from the U.S. First I have heard of a company getting an exemption. I don't believe MEO has done anything like that. I'm not certain the companies know how to do it. Which company got the exemption?
