6:08 PM In Play AMR CorpPrices Sr. Convertible Notes (AMR) 13.15 +0.10: Co. announces the pricing of a private placement to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933 of $300 mln principal amount of 4.25% Sr. Convertible Notes due 2023. The sale of the notes is expected to close on 9/23 subject to customary closing conditions.
