Sheri,

You are correct in that it would be VERY difficult to host and televise two events at the same time. However, the dates for the JC Penny Classic is December 5 & 6. The Scottsdale Classic is being held on December 1st - 3rd. I have no way of knowing the earnings from this tourney, but, then again, this is the first of at least three ACCY is planning. If the sponsers lined up commit for more than one tourney(as has been alluded to concerning MONY), then IMHO, then the earnings will eventually follow. I'm not concerned with making a huge profit, or, even a little profit, at this time. The Classic Series needs exposure and I believe that if they can get this first tourney underway, then we will see steady growth based on this first exposure.

Having a step dad in the biz is certainly a plus. But, I'm willing to place my trust in the management team ACCY has aquired:

*********************************************************************
The Company has a management team with vast experience in developing and operating professional golf tournaments.

Damian P. Loth, CSM President

Damian Loth was Founder and President of the 1995 Carbite West Coast Classic. The event was the first professional golf
tournament for PGA Tour players held in Western Canada for almost 30 years, and featured US$550,000 in tournament prize
money.

The tournament attracted sixty of the leading PGA Tour players, and included the reigning British Open champion, John Daly.

David F. Marr III, CSM Executive Director

As Executive Director of The Tradition, a major championship on the Senior PGA Tour, David Marr has been responsible for
developing the tournament into one of the most successful and respected events on the Senior Tour.

During his term as Executive Director (1994 - 1997), the Tradition was upgraded from a regular event to major championship
status, and achieved an increase in net profit of $2million over the same period.

Thanks for your input and, if you don't mind, perhaps I can "pick your brain" sometime if I have any questions?. You obviously have connections!<g>
